This decision is based not only on the superior quality of local produce but also to help support the local economy in Champaign Illinois and surrounding areas. Specialty produce is essential in my type of restaurant. Large scale suppliers do not produce the types of vegetable and fruits my customers desire. First Fruits Produce is one of the few local producers that has been committed to bringing me excellent quality and new interesting varieties of produce for the past two years.
